Detect1™ is a population-based health screening solution designed for community based clinics and primary care networks. The solution is a combination of software and services that takes the administrative burden of tracking and scheduling screening and immunization requirements away from busy clinic staff.
Using HL/7 technology, Detect1™ obtains the latest demographic and test data for your patient roster and stores this information in secure profiles. These profiles are used to identify the exams required to meet CPG’s, compensation related screening targets or your internal clinic standards. The Detect1™ service makes contact with your patients through mail, email and/or telephone. Appointments are scheduled by our services staff including rebooking where required. Detect1™ has modules to monitor screening activities for breast, cervical and colorectal cancers, diabetes and immunizations.
The Detect1™ solution offers your patients a secure portal allowing them to review the history of their screening and immunization records and present a schedule for services required in the future. Patients can update their demographic information including best method for communication, and request an appointment. Should you prefer to have your own clinic staff make contact with patients requiring tests, Detect1 also includes an address verification system to reduce returned mail you would otherwise experience. Reporting to track your progress towards provincial screening target achievement is built-in.
