Regular Help Desk support is available Monday—Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm MST. The Help Desk is closed evenings, weekends, and major holidays.

As part of our dedication to quality support and total customer service, emergency support for critical severity issues* is available 24/7, including major holidays, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in your Subscription Agreement.
