Regular Help Desk support is available Monday—Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm MST. The Help Desk is closed evenings, weekends, and major holidays.

As part of our dedication to quality support and total customer service, emergency support for critical severity issues* is available 24/7, including major holidays, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in your Subscription Agreement.

In the remainder of 2018, standard Help Desk support will not be available during the Holiday Break of December 24th-28th. Emergency support still available.
